We are a online service, but don’t offer advice on GDPR at all. The only knowledge we have is to you the customer and how we store your data alone.

Domain name & Email Hosting ?
Your domain name and email registration are located on a plesk platform online which is a recognised and trusted software, the company we are hosting your website with 1st domains limited have been vetted and have assured us of there firewall protection and updates that are frequently processed and checked.
All domain names are registered in your name, and are we are not the owners of the domain name.
you can request at anytime information on your domain and also have the right to change any details attached to them subjaect to a small charge if required.
Data Security
This is a paid for and professional company ensuring you have the best security for your service, any breach of GDPR rules will be dealt with direct and you as our customer have the right at any point to request the location along with any other information on this company.
How is this information stored ?
We have a data copy located on our PC and also a written copy that is destroyed after use.
When storing data on PC and other devices, up to date paid security is used at all times which is checked regularly with passwords being changed on a regular basis. We will only use your information, again only with your consent, to contact you about already requested material. Any paperwork that we store is located in a secure storage area that is locked and alarmed.
Right to be Forgotten ?
At Sunsett Web Design we respect the right for your information to be forgotten at any time, and you have the right to request any information we have on you to be destroyed immediately upon request.
When purchasing any paid item online ?
We don’t take payment on the website, its directed to paypal or bacs ( bank transfer) which is a recognised and secure online online purchase system. We have a policy above for purchases that you can view at anytime.
We will be reviewing our GDPR policy regularly and constantly looking to improve it, and will make nessessary changes to improve the way we manage and store our customers data.
